If Girls with Woolly Tights Ruled the World

£180.00

Central to this is the shadow landscape surrounding the main floral image, barely visible at first viewing, and the strong contrast of yellow and blue in the middle of that flower.

The construction of this piece was in three parts; the background, the petals and the the centre, and in that order.

It began as a continuation of my cutting-up of my screen prints into floral shapes and extending the length of the petals, drawing concentric lines in each petal and drawing the sections within the petals having micro-narratives drawn and highlighted.

A 50×50cm ‘giclee’ on fine art paper. Available either rolled in a cardboard tube at £180 or packed flat and mounted ready for framing, £200
